About Me

My photo
I am an avatar.
Why blog? Updated Update: While I am hardly ever in SL these days (read 2011), I am rather fond of the experiences had and the memories made in SL. The learning curve is hard, certainly not for the faintly tenacious (does that even make sense?), but the art world is spectacular and competitive, and the people, wow...the people! The people stole my heart. Because I was able to experience immersion in SL, I cannot approach it as a mere simulator of a reality based life. Getting to do things, impossible things at that, has been one of the most surreal experiences in my life. I don't expect anyone outside of SL to begin to comprehend the seemingly magical appeal of virtual environments (VE), but I can say that my life has been enhanced through this opportunity to have become a resident in one such context. So...herein I intend record my thoughts as they pertain to what I know in RL, and as they evolve to include what I have come to know about SL. I write to not forget.
